KAWASAKI'S NINJA® 300 CUSTOMER LOYALTY PROMOTION

Kawasaki is pleased to announce a Ninja® 300 Customer Loyalty "Get $650 to Step-Up to 650cc" Promotion.

• KMC will send a $650 Kawasaki Kash "Step-Up" email certificate to owners of Ninja® 300 motorcycles (based on product registration information and email availability).
• The email certificate can be redeemed for $650 in Kawasaki Kash to be applied to the purchase of any new 2017 model year 650cc Kawasaki motorcycle.
• Additionally, any customer demonstrating proof of current or prior ownership of a Ninja® 300 can qualify for this program. o On the Kawi Kash claim form check the box indicating "other" and enter the VIN of the customer's current or previously owned Ninja® 300 unit using one of these recommended sources:
  • a Kawasaki warranty card
  • a vehicle registration or insurance document
  • lookup owner info in K-Dealer.com VIP (Vehicle Information Portal)
  • contact ProgramsAdmin@kmc-usa.com to verify ownership information o For validation purposes, the current or previous owner name on the Ninja® 300 Kawasaki product registration record should match the name on the new 2017 model year 650cc Kawasaki motorcycle product registration.
  • If the owner's information is not associated with the Ninja® 300 VIN (i.e. second owner) in Kawasaki's product registration records, documentation (example: a copy of the vehicle registration or insurance document that includes the customer's name) should be submitted with the Kawi Kash claim form RETAIL PERIOD: June 23 - September 30, 2017 ELIGIBLE MODELS: New 2017 model year Kawasaki motorcycle vehicles that have not been previously retailed and/or registered as retail sales according to the below schedule. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

A. This Program may NOT be combined or stacked with any other "Kawasaki Kash" Program. This Program MAY be combined with any other incentive, reward, or dealer cash incentives in effect at the time of retail. Dealer must comply with requirements for all programs to receive full reimbursement. Refer to specific program bulletins for additional requirements and/or exclusions.

B. This program is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

C. Only one "Kawasaki Kash" incentive may be applied to each VIN.

D. Only bona fide retail sales (as defined in sales bulletin #17-23 ALL dated March 31, 2017) of eligible models that are new and not previously registered are eligible for Program participation; additionally, sales bulletin #16-55 ALL dated July 28, 2016 for "Dealer Obligations Regarding Presale Repairs" must be completed. All retail sales/product registrations are subject to audit by KMC to determine validity of sales.

E. If it is subsequently determined that a bona fide retail sale did not take place, a vehicle is unregistered, or that the incentive was not properly applied to the purchase price of the vehicle, Kawasaki reserves the right to charge dealer's Open Account for the applicable cost of Program benefits applied.

F. IMPORTANT PROGRAM DEADLINES. KMC requires timely registration and vehicle payment for a model to earn incentives. Dealers are expected to register models sold during the month within five (5) business days of vehicle delivery or the last day of the retail month, whichever comes first. Vehicles are required to be paid off within five (5) business days of the sale. Registrations occurring after the PRODUCT REGISTRATION DEADLINE and payoff dates after the KMFC FLOORING PAYMENT DEADLINE will result in lost incentives.

G. Program is available only through authorized Kawasaki dealerships in good standing and located within the contiguous United States and Alaska. H. All program elements, interpretation of rules, and substitution, modification or withdrawal of any program element are at the sole and absolute discretion of Kawasaki Motors Corp., U.S.A.
